The Momentum app is our mobile app that lets you connect with customers even more easily and simply.
Besides writing messages, you also have the possibility to sell content. And that to multiple customers at the same time!
All advantages at a glance:
- Quickly contact your customers via messages
- Notification via push notification on your cell phone when new messages arrive
- Sell pictures, voice messages and videos to multiple customers at the same time
In the settings you can change the language and the notification settings. You can set the priority to All, Regular or None.
In the chats you will find the list of your clients with whom you have already been in contact.
You can now comfortably continue to write with your customers, even when you are on the road, e.g. at the club or swimming pool.
On the + sign you will get to your gallery or to the selection of your content. Choose a picture or video and send it to the customer in the chat.
On the cam icon to the right of the text field you take a recent photo, the microphone you use to record voice messages.
On the big red + sign you send mass messages.
Choose what you want to send. Picture, take a picture with your cam, text or a voice message.
Select the customer or customers you want to send the message to.
What is the number of fans in the Momentum app?
These are the customers with whom you have already had a conversation. As soon as you have replied to a customer's message, the number of fans in the app increases.
