Check if the playback of sounds is allowed: chrome://settings/content/sound?search=sound
Flash Player should be disabled: chrome://settings/content/flash?search=flash
On the home page of VXLive, this button should always be confirmed with "YES".
If there is no sound here, the browser is probably muted. To do this, check your sound settings in Windows 10. To do this, enter the term "Sound" in the search field at the bottom left and then select Sound Mixer Options.
You are now in the volume options. Please check here whether the sound for the Google Chrome Browser is activated (volume 100) and the output device (loudspeaker/headset) has been selected correctly.
