PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS UNTIL THE END TO AVOID INCORRECT SETTINGS. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU DO NOT SET SPLITCAM AS A SPLITTER IN THE SOFTWARE BUT EXCLUSIVELY FOLLOW OUR INSTRUCTIONS. YOU CAN ALSO USE SPLITCAM AS A SPLITTER ON OTHER PLATFORMS!

In some cases, you may have so-called artifacts in the image. This is perceived and described by customers as a "bad picture" or "blockiness". In these cases, it helps to install an additional program called "Splitcam" and to integrate it with your cam. With the help of this guide, we will show you how to connect Splitcam to your software.

Step 1 Download Splitcam here and install the program on your computer.

Step 2 Start your VXLive software and a chat session.

Step 3 Choose Webcam Setup.

Step 4 Choose stream with "third-party software".

Step 5 You choose "OBS, Splitcam or XSplit" and get the necessary data which you have to use in Splitcam. Please keep the page open so that you can copy the data into Splitcam right away.

Step 6 Open the "Stream Settings" in Splitcam and click on "Add channel"

Step 7 Select "Visit-X" (if VISIT-X is not displayed, select "Custom" and then "Continue" to get to the input window)

Step 8 In Splitcam, add the server and the "Stream Key", which will be displayed in VXLive. The data correspond to your account and are different from those on the screenshot.

After entering the data, click on "Save and close".

Step 9 Click "go Live"

Step 10 Click "go online" in VXLive.

IMPORTANT Do NOT set Splitcam as a video device in the software.
