In some cases, you may have so-called artifacts in the image. It is perceived and described by the customers as a "bad picture" or "block formation". In these cases, it helps to install an additional program called "OBS" and integrate it with your cam. With the help of this guide, we will show you how to connect OBS to your software.

Step 1 Please download OBS here and install it on your computer.

Step 2 Now start OBS.

Step 3 First, you add your camera as a source. To do this, click on the "+" and then on Video Capture Device.

Step 4 In the next window select "video capture device".

Step 5 Then give your cam a name and confirm with "Okay".

Step 6 Move to the settings.

Step 7 When you have set the resolution, confirm with "Okay".

Step 8 Now open the settings and select the tab "Output".

Step 9 Now login at VXLive with your login data.

Step 10 Confirm the following dialog with "YES".

Step 11 Press "Webcam Setup"

Step 12 Here you select the item "OBS or XSplit".

Step 13 Now enter these two in OBS, open the settings again, and select the tab "Stream". There you enter the server (red) and your server key (green). Now confirm again with "OK".mceclip9.png

Step 14 Now everything is set up, and you can click the "Start streaming" button in OBS.
