We would like to give you some general information about the Live Preview (free live preview). If a user enters the free live preview, he can see your live image for a few seconds for free, until it finally freezes. For a few more minutes an exchange via text chat is possible. The live preview is free for the user, so you are not compensated for this type of chat. You can see this as a way to make yourself interesting and bring the user into your paid live chat. Whether the user has entered the free live preview is shown to you at the beginning of the chat in VXLive.
You always have the possibility to deactivate the live preview in VXModels under Video Chat - Settings.
