Account overview

The amount under finances – account overview is your share of the sales referring to selected period. The amounts are shown according to your tax classification.

The factoring fee is deducted directly under “Videochats”. The fee amounts to a uniform 3.4% and is due on the purchased claim. This fee applies so that cancellations do not have to be charged to you. The fee is based on an exact calculation, which takes past cancellations and collection successes as an average.

Payout

The amount under finances - payout is available for you to pay. You are able to request this amount by clicking the button "request payout" for the next payout date.
