Payout methods

Within Germany we are able to cash your money by bank transfer. Outside of Germany, we also offer the payment method Paxum.

All payments will be cashed in Euros only.

You are able to set your payment details by My Account - Account-Data - Payment details.

Payout dates

We are able to payout twice a month. Please find the fixed payout dates and request periods under finances – payout – payout dates. You are able to request payout manually or to activate the payment assistant which you can also find under payout.

All your payouts and actually status of your payout you can find under finances - payout.

Depending on your bank it can take up to few business days before your money will be credited to your bank account. Crediting to your paxum account will be made on the same day.
