In addition to a desktop version, we also offer a version of VXLive that is optimized for mobile devices. There is no separate app for this, but it is displayed optimized on mobile devices.
As usual, you can either access VXLive via your VXModels or take the direct route via Log In www.vxlive.net
After logging in, you will find an overview of your last chats and any upcoming events, such as ticket shows etc
Click on go online to start your live chat. You may have to confirm that VXLive is allowed to use your Handycam and the sound.
To the left of the text input window you will find the option to minimize the chat and write messages on the main table or in Messenger in the meantime
You can then switch back and forth between Livechat and Messenger in the tabs at the top
