In your VXLive under settings, you will find the tab "TAGS".
Here you can sort and organize your users by categories/tags, this will make it easier for you to distribute content and messages later.
With a click on "+ Custom Tag" you can create tags.
In the first column "Tag the name" you can think of a name. e.g. Fetish.
In the second column "To: Add customers" you can assign different customers for this tag with the + symbol.
After creating the tag, you will find the created tags in the overview and you can adjust it by pressing the black pencil. e.g. change the tag name or remove or add customers.
Attention
Tags currently can not be deleted and may have a maximum of 15 characters.
You can create a new message in VXLive Messenger by clicking on the red pencil and select your target group under GROUPS.
